Brentwood Insurance Agency is a licensed health insurance agency based in Broward county, growing fast across 40+ states. We're looking for a sales agents to join our team full-time.
What you'll be doing:
Handling inbound, warm-transferred calls from pre-qualified prospects and closing them on ACA, Limited Med, and ancillary health products. Leads are provided — no prospecting, no cold calling. Your job is to answer the phone and sell.
What the role looks like day-to-day:
- Monday–Friday, 10 AM–7 PM EST
- All inbound calls — leads are transferred to you live
- You'll work within our CRM to log activity and track your book
- Direct support from our team for any carrier or compliance questions
Compensation:
Base Pay + Commission (strictly based on sales performance)
What we need from you:
- 2-15 Life, Health, and Variable Annuity Agent License
- *Uninsured agents are welcomed* (if not licensed we will train and cover exam costs)
- Proven sales experience closing over the phone
- Reliable, professional, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working set hours in a structured environment
How we work:
We're a small, focused team that moves fast and takes performance seriously. Communication is direct and expectations are clear. We invest heavily in lead generation so our agents aren't chasing — they're closing.
Pay: $52,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
