- Develop proficiency in LPL’s ClientWorks core system, the Wealthbox client relationship management platform, and Money Guide Pro financial planning software. Training will be provided; prior experience with these systems is not required.
- Assist Investment Consultants with business organization, management of growing client bases, appointment scheduling, and development of best practices for calendar management, Wealthbox CRM activity, and ClientWorks notifications.
- Support the Program Manager’s long-term growth and development strategies and internal processes, including referral tracking, monthly expense management and reporting, and compliance monitoring.
- Collaborate with LPL’s back-office departments to coordinate business activities, resolve client and advisor issues, and remain informed of operational updates.
- Submit all advertising and marketing materials to LPL’s Marketing and Regulatory Review team and make necessary revisions.
- Collaborate with LPL’s Marketing Solutions team to coordinate email campaigns, the monthly email newsletter, and website and social media outreach, including the collection of data on marketing campaigns and seminars.
