Automotive Sales & Finance Manager

Right Choice Motors is hiring an experienced automotive sales and finance professional who can take a customer from the first conversation through vehicle delivery and lender funding.

This is a working management position in a family-owned independent dealership. You will personally sell vehicles, structure deals, handle F&I, and manage your pipeline while working alongside our sales team and dealership leadership.

We’re looking for someone who knows how to pick up the phone, create appointments, earn customer trust, close business, and follow through until the deal is complete.

What You’ll Own

• Respond quickly to incoming leads, make outbound calls, follow up with unsold customers, and set appointments customers actually attend.
• Personally handle vehicle presentations, demonstrations, negotiations, and closing, working with leadership on pricing and trade values.
• Select appropriate lenders, structure finance deals, submit applications, and communicate approval requirements clearly.
• Present optional vehicle service contracts, GAP, and other available protection products accurately and professionally.
• Prepare accurate contracts, collect lender-required stipulations, and coordinate a clean delivery.
• Follow contracts through funding, resolve outstanding lender requirements, and keep unfinished deals moving.
• Keep DealerCenter records current, with a clear next step for every active customer.

Success will be measured through delivered vehicles, appointment follow-through, closing performance, deal profitability, paperwork accuracy, and timely funding.

Experience Required

• At least two years of automotive dealership sales/F&I experience, including hands-on responsibility for finance deals.
• Demonstrated ability to sell and close vehicles, alongside strong automotive finance knowledge.
• Ability to independently handle lender submissions, deal structure, stipulations, signing, and funding follow-up.
• Working knowledge of prime and near-prime financing and applicable dealership compliance requirements.
• Consistent CRM habits, dependable attendance, and professional communication with customers, lenders, and coworkers.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to reliably work on-site in Springfield, Missouri.

DealerCenter experience is preferred. Experience with comparable dealership systems is welcome.

Compensation

This position pays uncapped commission with no fixed base salary.

• Earn 15%-25% of DealerCenter net front-end profit plus 15%-25% of DealerCenter net F&I profit on qualifying deals under the written pay plan.
• A $200 minimum commission applies per qualifying delivered and funded deal when greater than the calculated percentage commission.
• Earnings depend on individual production, eligible deal profit, and completed funding.
• The written pay plan and deal assignment terms will be reviewed before you accept an offer.

Sign-On Bonus

Qualified hires may be eligible for a sign-on bonus totaling up to $5,000:

• Up to $2,500 after successfully completing the first 90 days.
• Up to $2,500 after successfully completing six months.

The amount and payment conditions depend on experience, dependable attendance, satisfactory performance, continued employment, and compliance with company policies. Terms will be provided in writing.
