- Develop strong relationships with customers by providing clear communication about financing options, upselling appropriate products like insurance and warranties, and guiding clients through the loan process from application to title processing.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to facilitate seamless deal closing by structuring transactions that meet both customer needs and dealership goals.
- Conduct thorough credit analysis by evaluating client financial information using basic math skills and 10-key typing proficiency to assess risk accurately.
- Maintain detailed records of all transactions, including contracts, titles, and compliance documentation, while ensuring timely submission for title processing and registration.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Loan Officer or Finance Manager within a dealership or vehicle sales environment.
- Strong background in customer relationships, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service throughout the financing process.
- Demonstrated ability in financial services related to automotive or motorcycle loans, including transaction structuring, credit analysis, and contract negotiation.
