- Partner with the leadership on capital allocation and CapEx decisions (such as equipment investments and hiring) aligned with growth targets.
- Work closely with the manufacturing team to ensure proper resourcing while analyzing job costs and margins.

- Experience: 5+ years of solid finance or accounting experience (backgrounds in accounting, FP&A, banking).
- Core Skills: Hands-on expertise with financial reporting, closes, and cash management, combined with strategic judgment to guide capital allocation.
- Background: Training at a top firm (e.g., Big 4, top mid-tier accounting firms, or Fortune 100 FP&A); CPA is ideal but not required.
