You’ll receive training, mentorship, and guidance as you work toward the appropriate licensing and develop your skills. The Opportunity Life insurance is the starting point—not necessarily the destination. For individuals who demonstrate the ability, commitment, and leadership potential, there are opportunities to expand your role, develop a team, and work toward brokerage and business-ownership opportunities. Additional financial-services education and opportunities may also become available as you progress.

Pay: $72,675.62 - $87,523.33 per year
