- Must have 5+ years of qualified retirement plan administration experience; ASPPA designation preferred.
- Experience with loan corrections and coordination with payroll providers or internal HRIS systems to maintain IRC 72(p) compliance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including confidence presenting to clients and internal partners.
- Ability to independently resolve complex issues while managing cross-functional relationships.
- Experience supporting plan conversions by analyzing prior recordkeeper files, identifying loan issues, recommending solutions, and partnering with key stakeholders for prompt resolution.
- Ability to manage complex work accurately and efficiently, prioritize competing assignments, meet deadlines and quality expectations, and maintain strong attention to detail.
- Ability to coach and mentor peers, influence through constructive dialogue, support team training, and foster a collaborative, inclusive team environment.
- Proven ability to analyze trends, identify root causes, and implement practical process improvements that enhance the client experience.
- Sound escalation judgment, including knowing when to engage additional resources to support timely resolution.
- Client-focused relationship builder who influences effectively and develops trusted partnerships with plan sponsors and business partners.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- College degree or equivalent work experience.
