Key Deliverables
- Perform senior-level maintenance on production lines and facility equipment
- Troubleshoot and correct mechanical and electrical faults efficiently
- Read and apply manuals, blueprints, mechanical drawings, and hydraulic/electrical schematics
- Lead root cause analysis to eliminate recurring failures
- Execute and improve preventive maintenance plans for machines, motors, tools, and systems
- Coordinate repairs and PMs with plant supervision to limit downtime
- Report equipment status and repair outcomes to the maintenance manager
- Use tools and test equipment in strict adherence to safety procedures
Qualifications
- 5–10+ years of machinery maintenance and electrical experience in a manufacturing setting
- Demonstrated strength in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic disciplines
- Expertise in failure analysis and troubleshooting for production and facility assets
- Proven ability to work independently
- Knowledge of single- and three‑phase systems, hydraulic circuits, and pneumatics (including air compressors)
