What We Need:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, and troubleshooting wellbore equipment and related components during the final stages of production. If you have strong mechanical aptitude, enjoy hands-on work, and take pride in delivering high-quality products, we want to hear from you.
What you’ll bring:
- Minimum 1-year experience in mechanics, hydraulic and electrical controls
- Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school is an asset
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to adhere to safety policies and procedures
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Basic computer literacy skills
What you’ll do:
- Assembles Wellbore equipment and related sub-assemblies and components assembly fixtures
- Connects auxiliary component parts. Cable, lines, and accessory units to Wellbore equipment according to blueprints and assembly procedures
- Fits, trims, aligns, and adjusts parts and components
- Grinds
- Tests installed parts and accessories for leakage, continuity, functionality
- Reworks, repairs, or replaces faulty components
- Installs valve packages, gears, motors, or other structural assembly
- Other duties as assigned.
