We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and ensuring the optimal operation of mechanical, electrical, and appliance systems across our facilities. Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on refrigeration units, kitchen equipment, and mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair appliances, stoves,refrigerators and fixing dishwashers.
- Capentry work is a must
- Roofing experience repairs
- Plumbing experience
- Conduct detailed diagnostics on mechanical failures and execute repairs promptly to minimize downtime.
- Operate company vehicles safely for maintenance tasks across multiple sites while adhering to all safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used; work orders given on a daily basis.
- Trash out units once residents move out and do repairs
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to prioritize work orders and improve maintenance procedures for efficiency.Requirements
- Responding to work orders
- Demonstrated ability to read schematics, technical manuals, and blueprints for troubleshooting and repairs.
- Experience with maintenance, repair and operations.
- Construction experience or familiarity with building systems is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information.
- Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles safely; knowledge of safety standards is essential.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
