About the Company
Paleovalley and Wild Pastures were born from a simple but radical idea: real food can heal — people, animals, and the planet. When Paleovalley co-founders Autumn and Chas Smith saw how industrialized food was affecting human health and the health of the land, they refused to play along. Autumn’s own journey of healing through nutrient-dense foods lit a fire that became Paleovalley. From there, the mission grew roots, sprouted wings, and eventually expanded into Wild Pastures to bring regeneratively raised meats directly to families nationwide.
Today, Paleovalley crafts deeply nourishing snacks and supplements made with organic ingredients and honorable sourcing. Wild Pastures connects small American farmers practicing regenerative agriculture with customers who believe better food is worth fighting for. Every product, every partnership, and every decision is guided by a commitment to real ingredients, regenerative practices, and the belief that health is built from the soil up.
We’re a team of grounded doers, curious thinkers, bold builders, and warm humans who like to laugh while doing meaningful work. We're growing quickly, fueled by purpose and a shared desire to repair the food system one thoughtful choice at a time.
If you feel energized by impact, drawn to mission, and ready to join a company rewriting the future of food, we’d love to meet you!

Manufacturing Operations Manager Jobs in Arizona: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a manufacturing operations manager in Arizona?
Most Arizona employers require a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, or operations management, combined with several years of progressive floor or supervisory experience. There is no state-issued license specific to this role in Arizona, but candidates who hold a Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification stand out significantly in the competitive Phoenix and Tucson markets. Defense and aerospace employers in Arizona often require proof of eligibility for a security clearance, so starting that process early is practical.
How much do manufacturing operations managers make in Arizona?
Manufacturing operations managers in Arizona earn a median of about $124,810 a year, based on May 2025 Bureau of Labor Statistics wage data, ranging from around $79,410 for the lowest 10% to over $199,440 for the top 10%. Pay rises with experience, specialty, and employer.
Which companies hire manufacturing operations managers in Arizona?
Employers hiring manufacturing operations managers in Arizona right now include Gray Matter Logic, Intel Corporation, and Amkor Technology, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. Arizona's aerospace, semiconductor, and advanced defense manufacturing sectors drive consistent year-round demand, meaning these and similar large industrial employers typically carry multiple openings at once.
Which Arizona cities have the most manufacturing operations manager jobs?
Phoenix, Mesa, and Tempe account for the most manufacturing operations manager openings in Arizona. Phoenix anchors the market through its dense cluster of aerospace, electronics, and consumer goods plants, while Tucson's concentration of defense contractors and optical systems manufacturers sustains steady hiring, and East Valley cities like Mesa and Chandler add volume through Intel's semiconductor campuses and a growing roster of advanced manufacturing suppliers.
Are there remote manufacturing operations manager jobs in Arizona?
Yes, but they're rare. About 50% of manufacturing operations manager openings tied to Arizona are remote or hybrid as of August 2026, which reflects the hands-on, floor-level nature of the role. The portions most likely to support remote or hybrid arrangements are corporate operations strategy, multi-site continuous improvement coordination, and vendor quality management rather than direct plant supervision.
How can I get hired as a manufacturing operations manager in Arizona with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is moving into a production supervisor or manufacturing engineer role at one of Arizona's large anchor facilities, such as an Intel fab site, a Honeywell aerospace plant, or a Raytheon production operation, which regularly hire associate-level candidates and advance them internally. Completing a Lean Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt certification before applying gives a measurable edge. Arizona State University and Maricopa Community Colleges offer operations and industrial engineering programs with employer partnerships that can open doors to rotational or junior supervisor tracks.
Where can I find and apply to manufacturing operations manager jobs in Arizona?
You can find and apply to manufacturing operations manager jobs in Arizona on Migrate Mate, which lists current Arizona openings across Phoenix, Tucson, and the East Valley. Search the listings, identify roles that match your background and target industry, and apply directly to each one.
