Experience / skills:
· Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering role and Engineering Degree are desired.
· Mechanical and electrical problem-solving capability
· Self-starter, with a high engagement style. Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to grasp technical concepts quickly.
· Knowledge of test engineering methods, Control Plans, FMEA, process flow, APQP, and PPAP, review of blueprints experience is beneficial
· Excellent oral and written communication skills; MS Office proficiency
· Support root cause analysis, corrective action recommendations and provide technical direction where required
