- Analyze operational data and financial reports to identify cost-reduction opportunities and ensure adherence to departmental budgets.
- Support the successful introduction of new products by aligning production capabilities with quality parameters and technical requirements.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
- Associate or Technical degree in a related field.
- 5+ years of leadership experience in high-volume manufacturing environments.
- Strong proficiency in statistical process control, root cause analysis, and quality metrics.
- Advanced computer skills, including MS Office and ERP systems like SAP.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization.
Preferred Skills:
- Deep understanding of BRC, HACCP, and ISO 14001 environmental standards.
- Prior experience in metal packaging or high-speed container manufacturing.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex personnel issues and recruitment.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on lean manufacturing principles.
