The Opportunity
Crystal Run Health, part of the Optum family of businesses, is seeking Neurologists to join our teams in Middletown and Newburgh, New York.
This is an opportunity to practice Neurology within a physician-led, patient-centered environment that prioritizes quality over volume, supports clinical autonomy, and provides moderate scheduling templates designed to promote work-life balance.

What You'll Do

• Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of neurological disorders affecting the central and peripheral nervous systems
• Care for patients with conditions including:
  • Stroke
  • Dementia
  • Seizures
  • Parkinson's disease
  • Other neurological conditions
• Provide comprehensive clinical care for Neurology patients
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary care team
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's needs

Compensation
Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $244,000 to $423,000.
Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors, including but not limited to local labor markets, education, and work experience. Compensation may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role.
We comply with all applicable minimum wage laws.
In addition to salary, benefits may include a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase opportunities, and 401(k) contributions. All benefits are subject to eligibility requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Unrestricted medical licensure in the state of New York at time of employment
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology
• Active and unrestricted DEA license, or ability to obtain prior to start
