ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Candidates should apply for this job opening if they fall into one of the following categories:
- Recent graduate from an accredited nursing program who has successfully completed all requirements to obtain a nursing license
- RN student enrolled in the final semester of an accredited nursing program with a set graduation date
Here is an overview of our newly updated GROW Strong RN New Grad Residency Program:
- Program content aligns with QSEN competencies and ANCC Practice Transition Accreditation Program (PTAP) requirements
- Rolling enrollment means NTP nurses can begin the program within 30-45 days of hire
- Specialty Clinical Practice Tracks provide hands-on skills practice to enhance application of didactic content
- Content has been condensed to allow nurses to complete the program in 6-8 months
