Customer Service & Office Operations Coordinator (Pet Resort)

CDA Pet Resort is looking for a Customer Service & Operations Coordinator to be the heart of our front office. You'll welcome pet parents, coordinate daily office operations, and help create an outstanding experience for every pet and every family we serve.

What You'll Do
- Welcome pet parents and check pets in and out
- Answer phones, emails, and customer inquiries
- Schedule reservations and maintain accurate records
- Process payments and daily transactions
- Coordinate communication between the front office and pet care team
- Create social media content and support special events
- Help keep the office organized and running smoothly
- Occasionally assist with pet care and other operational needs
- Other duties as assigned; after all, this is a job posting.
