Standard Job Description
You will be a Control Account Manager (CAM) on the F-22 Line of Business Engineering (LoBE) team. Specifically this position is accountable for managing cost and schedule of multiple capability development programs supporting F-22 modernization.The Super Control Account Manager (CAM) serves as the senior authority for the planning, execution, financial stewardship, and risk management of multiple high‑visibility, high‑complexity program control accounts. Acting as the primary liaison between program leadership, engineering, contracting, finance, and external stakeholders, the CAM ensures that all work packages within the account are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the required performance standards. This role demands deep expertise in Earned Value Management (EVM), cost estimating, schedule integration, and contract administration, combined with strong leadership and communication skills.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field
- Current Control Account Manager (CAM)
- Proposal Experience
- Willing to travel up to 10%
- Final SECRET security clearance

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
