A Frontline Leadership Role for Compassionate and Caring Operations Professionals
Little Spurs Autism Centers was founded in response to a growing need for thoughtful, evidence-based ABA services. The Role
- The Operations Supervisor is the operational core of Little Spurs Autism Centers. This role exists to protect clinical time - creating the systems, structure, and stability that allow Board Certified Behavioral Analysis (BCBA) to focus on client outcomes rather than operational noise. Core responsibilities include staff scheduling and coverage, client and new hire onboarding, clinical documentation oversight, front desk operations, and clinic environment management. This includes:
- Directly supervise and support a team of Behavior Technicians – scheduling, timecard management, coaching, performance, and file management
- Oversee front desk operations such as answering calls from client caregivers and overseeing clinic scheduling
- Ensure our clients receive the highest quality of customer service and care
- Assisting clients and caregivers with any concerns and/or escalating to appropriate Leadership team members as necessary
- Maintain HIPAA/OSHA compliance, medical logs, and inventory
- Partner with the Area Operations Manager on clinic strategy, process improvements, and community outreach
- Performs all duties with the organizational mission, vision, and goal top of mind
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple priorities without constant oversight
- Clear and professional communication with staff, families, and clinical team members; adapts style to build trust and accountability
- Ability to remain calm and solution-focused during high-volume or high-stress situations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinic scheduling or documentation systems
- Detail-oriented approach to documentation, note conversion oversight, and compliance tasks
- Handle private information with strict confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA and company policy
- Demonstrates initiative and ownership; takes action without requiring constant direction
- Able to hold direct reports accountable through coaching, feedback, and corrective documentation
