Love & War in Texas is seeking an experienced, organized, and results-driven Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure an outstanding guest experience. The successful candidate will manage service activities, coordinate front-of-house and kitchen teams, monitor operational performance, and maintain high standards of food quality, hospitality, and workplace efficiency. This position requires strong leadership, sound business judgment, and the ability to manage a dynamic restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth business activities.
• Coordinate front-of-house, kitchen, and bar operations to maintain efficient service.
• Lead, supervise, and support employees across different departments.
• Develop staff schedules and manage shift assignments according to business needs.
• Recruit, train, and onboard new team members.
• Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and feedback.
• Maintain consistent standards of customer service and hospitality.
• Address guest concerns, complaints, and service issues professionally.
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and order accuracy meet restaurant standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to improve communication and service timing.
• Monitor inventory levels and oversee purchasing and supply requirements.
• Manage stock rotation, storage procedures, and waste reduction.
• Review sales reports and monitor daily operational performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve revenue, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor labor costs, operating expenses, and departmental budgets.
• Ensure proper cash handling and point-of-sale procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout dining and service areas.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace regulations.
• Oversee opening, closing, and daily operational checklists.
• Coordinate special events, promotions, and high-volume service periods.
• Monitor equipment conditions and arrange maintenance when necessary.
• Prepare operational reports and communicate important updates to senior management.

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience in restaurant management or hospitality operations.

Pay: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour
