About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and dependable Assistant Operations Manager to support the day-to-day running of the business.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the Dallas area, knows how to navigate the city and local business environment, and can help coordinate people, vendors, schedules, and operational activities as the company grows.

The Assistant Operations Manager will work closely with the Operations Manager and leadership team to make sure daily operations run efficiently and that local business needs are handled promptly.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily management and coordination of company operations.
• Help coordinate employees, contractors, vendors, and service providers.
• Support scheduling, logistics, appointments, deliveries, and other operational activities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local vendors and businesses.
• Help identify reliable local services, suppliers, and business resources.
• Monitor day-to-day operational issues and help resolve them quickly.
• Maintain accurate operational records, schedules, and documentation.
• Communicate with management regarding operational needs, challenges, and opportunities.
• Help ensure company procedures and standards are followed.
• Conduct occasional local errands, site visits, vendor meetings, or other business-related activities when required.
• Research Dallas-area businesses, services, locations, and opportunities that may benefit the company.
• Provide general administrative and operational support as the company expands.
