What You Will Do
Operations Technician is responsible for producing products made within the Binder Building. All managers, supervisors, and employees are responsible for supporting company quality policies and initiatives as well as promoting and supporting continuous improvement efforts.
General
- Produce the products required per work instructions.
- Ship products per the work instructions.
- Make molded seals as needed for spare parts orders.
- Assist with assembly when needed.
- Miscellaneous duties as needed.

- Minimum of High School diploma and/or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge and ability to use Outlook, Excel and Word
- Basic ability to read and correctly interpret blueprints, work instructions and follow safety rules. operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports, speak effectively before customers and other employees of the company.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out basic instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional variables.
