Responsibilities
- Formulating layout of trucks for inbound material deliveries
- Working with production to balance customer demand and overtime
- Administrative tasks for financial and operation scorecards
- Participating in two production meetings daily
- Attend daily production Gemba walks
Requirements
- Proven experience in production planning management within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or equivalent enterprise resource planning tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and process optimization tasks.
- Solid understanding of lean management principles, process improvement techniques, and continuous improvement strategies like Six Sigma.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration across departments including supply chain management, assembly lines, and plant operations.
- Mechanical knowledge or background in manufacturing processes is highly desirable to understand technical constraints and opportunities for process enhancement.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
