At Ripple, we're building a world where value moves like information does today. It's big, it's bold, and we're already doing it. And we get to do the best work of our career and grow our skills surrounded by colleagues who have our backs.
If you're ready to see your impact and unlock incredible career growth opportunities, join us, and build real world value.
THE WORK:
At Ripple, we're building a world where value moves like information does today. Through our crypto solutions for financial institutions, businesses, and governments, we are improving the global financial system. Ripple Treasury (formerly GTreasury) is the leading innovator of integrated SaaS treasury and risk management solutions for the digital treasurer.
We believe data-driven decisions are the heartbeat of a successful enterprise. As a Professional Services Consultant, you are the critical link between our cutting-edge technology and the real-world financial goals of our global clients. Your mission is to deeply understand a client's unique business environment and architect a SQL-backed configuration that transforms their treasury operations into a powerhouse of efficiency.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Discovery & Strategy: Lead deep-dive discovery sessions to uncover client pain points, workflows, and technical requirements.
- Solution & Data Architecture: Design the "To-Be" state, determining the optimal configuration of Ripple Treasury. You will be responsible for the structural integrity of the data migration and system integration.
- Advanced SQL Engineering: Design and execute complex SQL scripts for data mapping and custom reporting. While we leverage AI tools to accelerate script creation, you will own the validation, optimization, and "sanity-checking" of all code.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Act as the Tier 3 point of contact for implementation issues, diagnosing and resolving data-level discrepancies by tracing logic through complex database schemas.
- Trusted Advisory: Act as a subject matter expert, guiding clients through treasury best practices and helping them modernize legacy processes using data-driven insights.
- Implementation & Configuration: Take a hands-on approach to configuring the platform, ensuring the technical setup—from the UI to the database—aligns perfectly with the strategic vision.
- Enablement & Training: Facilitate high-impact training sessions that empower users and ensure the client realizes the maximum ROI.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- SQL Logic & Structure: 3+ years of expert-level proficiency in SQL. You must demonstrate "Architectural Thinking"—the ability to understand relational database design and indexing without relying solely on AI-generated syntax.
- Technical Aptitude: Experience navigating complex software ecosystems and understanding exactly how data flows between treasury systems, banks, and ERPs.
- AI Augmentation Literacy: Experience using AI tools to increase coding velocity, coupled with the critical eye necessary to debug and refine AI-produced logic.
- Implementation Background: 3+ years of experience in client-facing solution consulting or software implementations, specifically in ERP or SaaS.
- Treasury Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of cash management, payments, risk, or hedge accounting.
- Financial Fluency: Comfortable discussing cash flow, debt, and financial risk with Corporate Treasury and Accounting teams.
- Consultative Mindset: You don't just take orders; you ask "why," challenge the status quo, and lead clients toward better outcomes.
- Communication Skills: The ability to translate "tech-speak" (SQL logic and API structures) into "CFO-speak" (ROI and financial risk mitigation).
- Problem-Solving DNA: A passion for diagnosing issues at the root cause rather than applying "band-aid" fixes to data errors.

New York's concentration of global financial institutions, multinational headquarters, and large public-sector agencies means demand is consistent across both private-sector and government-contracted consulting engagements.
Which New York cities have the most professional services consultant jobs?
New York, Atlanta, and Brooklyn account for the most professional services consultant openings in New York. New York City dominates due to its density of corporate headquarters, financial services firms, and management consulting offices, while Albany generates demand through state government technology and advisory contracts, and Buffalo has grown as regional banks and healthcare systems there expand their enterprise consulting needs.
Are there remote professional services consultant jobs in New York?
Yes, and more than many client-facing roles, particularly for project management, business analysis, and platform implementation work that does not require on-site presence. About 34% of professional services consultant openings tied to New York are remote or hybrid as of June 2026, reflecting how much of this work moved to distributed delivery models. Candidates who move laterally from project coordinator, business analyst, or operations specialist roles at New York financial or healthcare organizations are also common, and earning a platform certification such as Salesforce Administrator before applying gives early-career candidates a concrete and verifiable edge.
