Direct Clinical (80%): The physical therapist in this position will provide physical therapy diagnostic evaluation, treatment and consultative services for patients of the Child Development and Rehabilitation Center, participating in CDRC’s Eugene Clinic. The PT will be responsible for evaluation, team collaboration, and family feedback. The PT will conduct single discipline evaluations and treatment for referred patients. The PT will participate in clinical education of pre-licensure physical therapy students, mentoring of the pediatric physical therapy resident, and participate in the education of other practicum students, interns, residents and fellows who participate in training in the CDRC programs.
- The Physical Therapist will hold a minimum of a masters degree in PT.
- The candidate will have graduated from an accredited school of physical therapy.
- Hold an Oregon license to practice physical therapy.
- Doctorate degree in PT.
- A minimum of three years pediatric clinical experience serving children with complex conditions.
- Experience working on interdisciplinary teams, using a family-centered model of care.
- Prefer a PT committed to training and a spirit of inquiry.
