The Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Texas A&M University College of Dentistry invites applications for a full-time (100% FTE), 11-month Academic Professional Track (Non-Tenure) faculty position based in Dallas, Texas, with an anticipated start date of September 1, 2026. The successful candidate will be appointed at the rank of Clinical Assistant Professor or Clinical Associate Professor commensurate with qualifications and experience.
This is primarily a clinical-educator position. The principal responsibility is the didactic, preclinical, and clinical instruction and supervision of predoctoral (DDS) dental students in oral and maxillofacial surgery, with a secondary responsibility for the clinical and surgical training of residents in the CODA-accredited Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency program. The position offers a collaborative academic environment, a high clinical volume, and the opportunity to contribute to one of the most competitive OMS residency programs in the nation.
