- Serve as an evangelist for the team and its mission, both internally and externally
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 15+ years of experience in technical program management, software engineering, hardware engineering or systems engineering, with demonstrated progression into organizational leadership
- 8+ years of experience managing people managers and leading organizations of technical program managers or engineers across multiple concurrent, large-scale programs
- Communication and interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration within a multi-disciplinary, cross-functional team
- Experience building and leading a technical program management organization through design, delivery, and commercialization of consumer electronics devices
- Experience in growing organizations and developing team practices and processes
- Knowledge of software development processes and best practices for both traditional and machine-learned systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in programs related to computer vision and machine learning technologies
- Experience in scaling platforms and people for large-scale growth
- Experience in shipping AOSP and/or development of a custom operating system
