Alamo Transport & Development is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with both the sales and project management teams, providing essential support to ensure a smooth customer experience and well-prepared, competitive proposals.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to the sales team to help drive projects from initial inquiry through execution.
• Communicate with customers to answer questions, gather project details, and provide updates.
• Conduct research with counties and municipalities to obtain permitting, zoning, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in preparing, reviewing, and refining proposals to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Make real-time updates and adjustments to proposals while the sales team is in the field.
• Coordinate with project managers and internal departments to ensure timelines and expectations are met.
• Handle administrative tasks related to customer accounts, proposals, and project coordination.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset and the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
• Ability to think critically and develop creative, practical solutions.
• Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
