Key Responsibilities
Community Outreach & Events
- Attend and represent Sacred Smiles at community events, schools, daycares, churches, and local organizations
- Build relationships with families, business owners, and community leaders
- Coordinate and assist with in-office events, outreach programs, and community partnerships
- Collect contact information and help bring new patients into the practice
- Serve as a warm, professional ambassador for the Sacred Smiles brand
Marketing & Brand Support
- Assist with social media content (photos, short videos, event posts, stories)
- Work alongside our marketing company on campaigns (mailers, Google Ads, website updates)
- Help execute promotions, seasonal campaigns, and community initiatives
- Track outreach efforts and provide feedback on what’s working
Practice Integration
- Have dental knowledge and services so you can confidently educate the public
- Communicate consistently with the office team to align outreach with scheduling and growth goals
- Support patient referral initiatives and community follow-ups

Important note: There will be training as an assistant and front office for a few months until dental knowledge is grasped which will be at an hourly rate
