Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Project Coordinator to join our team and drive successful project execution from initiation to completion. In this role, you will coordinate with the clients to understand their requirements of new and ongoing projects, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, and quality standards. Your proactive approach and strong organizational skills will help us deliver exceptional results while supporting our commitment to excellence in product launches and project delivery.
Duties
- Partner closely with R&D to translate client expectations into commercially viable solutions, balancing technical feasibility, business priorities, and strategic objectives.
- Own and govern project timelines, proactively identifying risks, mitigating concerns, and ensuring seamless launch readiness.
- Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration across vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to maintain alignment, efficiency, and accountability.
- Monitor project performance through regular reviews and on-site engagements, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and operational excellence.
- Track key milestones, manage deliverables, and deliver comprehensive status reports to provide leadership with clear visibility into progress and potential risks.
- Oversee critical project documentation to support product launches and ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Maintain transparent and timely communication with stakeholders, proactively escalating risks and presenting mitigation strategies to safeguard project objectives.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of project management experience, preferred in personal or health care setting.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- PMP certification is a plus.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
