Support workforce collaboration and organizational effectiveness through training, workshops, process analysis, and improvement projects.
Clearance Required: No clearance required, but prefer active SECRET clearance
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in organizational development, human resources, business administration, or a related field.
· At least 5 years of experience managing workforce planning, team dynamics, or process improvement projects.
· Experience designing and delivering training, managing centralized learning repositories, and facilitating workshops.
· Demonstrated success with organizational development initiatives that improve workforce collaboration and climate scores, such as DEOCS or internal surveys.
· Experience conducting stakeholder interviews and mapping operational workflows to identify improvements.
