About the role:
As a Project Executive at Tiger Cabinets, you’ll own and drive projects from signed contract through closeout. You’re the client’s main contact and the one who keeps the project moving. You don’t do it all yourself: you own the outcome and use your team and tools to deliver it.
Your impact: Strong ownership, clear communication and smart cost management means our clients get their projects on time and on budget, and every job ends with a happy customer and a profitable result.
What you own:
- Client relationships with contractors, designers and developers - building and keeping their trust from day one.
- Managing project schedules & coordinating execution
- Keeping projects on budget
- Ensuring work aligns with construction plans, contracts, and client requirements.
- Pricing, negotiating and getting change orders approved
- Closing out projects
What you must have:
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Experience in the construction industry or related fields
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Strong time management, with the ability to manage several projects at once
- Proven record of building and keeping client trust and relationships
- A proactive approach: you act before being asked
- Attention to detail
- Comfortable with computers, email and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Bonus qualifications:
- Knowledge of construction estimating, scheduling, cost management, contracts and construction drawings
- Familiarity with Odoo, Procore, Bluebeam or similar tools
Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
