- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from ABET-accredited program
- 7+ years of civil engineering experience, with 4+ years in aviation
- PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Proven ability to lead design teams and manage project delivery
- Strong technical knowledge of aviation design fundamentals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel across New Mexico and the Southwest region
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office
