Full-Time | In-Office Only | $65,000 Base + Uncapped Commission + Benefits
We are seeking a driven Regional Sales Recruiter & Manager to recruit, build, and manage a high-performing regional sales team.
This is not a traditional recruiting role. You will be responsible for hiring sales representatives and then directly managing, coaching, and developing the team you build.
This is a full-time, in-house position and is not remote or hybrid.
Responsibilities
- Recruit regional sales representative candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Directly manage the representatives you recruit.
- Coach reps on prospecting, pipeline development, and closing.
- Set performance expectations and hold team members accountable.
- Monitor sales activity and overall team performance.
- Continuously recruit and expand regional sales coverage.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruiting, sales management, business development, or a related field.
- Strong communication, interviewing, and leadership skills.
- Ability to identify strong sales talent and manage performance.
- Highly organized, competitive, and results-oriented.
- Healthcare, laboratory, medical, pharmaceutical, diagnostics, or B2B sales experience is a plus.
- Must be able to work full-time in the office.
