Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in healthcare, skilled nursing, long-term care, or a multi-site environment.
Strong employee relations and leadership experience.
Experience coaching and supporting HR professionals and facility leadership.
Knowledge of employment laws, HR practices, and compliance.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
