Location: Craig, Colorado

Pay Rate: $60/hr to $63/hr

Contract: 13 weeks

Schedule: Day Shift

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Experience: RRT experience preferred

About the Role

We are seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist for a 13-week quick-start contract opportunity in Craig, Colorado. This role provides safe and skilled respiratory care across emergency, neonatal, pediatric, geriatric, and critical care settings, including mechanical ventilation, airway management, medication administration, and patient assessment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver respiratory care procedures according to physician orders and department protocols
• Initiate, monitor, and manage mechanical ventilation for adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients
• Perform airway management, suctioning, bag/mask ventilation, and assist with intubation
• Draw arterial blood gases, interpret respiratory data, and document care accurately
• Maintain respiratory equipment, support patient rounds, and participate in training and quality initiatives

Requirements

• Active Colorado Respiratory Therapist License Required
• RRT Credential Required; CRT Credential Accepted If Applicable
• BLS/BCLS And NRP Certifications Required
• Graduate Of A CoARC-Approved Respiratory Care Program Required
• Mechanical ventilation, general respiratory care, pulmonary diagnostics, and cardiac diagnostics experience preferred
