Revenue Manager Jobs in New Jersey: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a revenue manager in New Jersey?
The most direct path is a bachelor's degree in finance, business, or economics followed by an analyst or coordinator role in a revenue-generating industry. New Jersey has no state-issued license for revenue managers, so employers focus on demonstrated analytical skill and industry experience. Starting in hospitality or healthcare finance at a Newark-area hotel group, an Atlantic City property, or a large health system in central Jersey is a common and practical entry point.
Which companies hire revenue managers in New Jersey?
Employers hiring revenue managers in New Jersey right now include A Step Above Health Management Systems, BD, and UTRON, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. New Jersey's mix of major hotel brands, pharmaceutical corporations, healthcare networks, and financial services firms means steady demand across multiple industries throughout the state.
Which New Jersey cities have the most revenue manager jobs?
Pennsauken, Franklin Lakes, and Parsippany-Troy Hills have the most revenue manager openings in New Jersey. Newark and Jersey City draw the largest share because of their dense concentration of corporate headquarters, financial services firms, and major hotel properties, while Atlantic City generates consistent hospitality-specific demand tied to its casino and resort industry.
Are there remote revenue manager jobs in New Jersey?
Yes, and more than many comparable roles. About 67% of revenue manager openings tied to New Jersey are remote or hybrid as of August 2026, reflecting how much of the work centers on data modeling, reporting, and cross-team calls rather than on-site operations. Fully remote postings are most common in SaaS, subscription businesses, and corporate finance functions.
How can I get hired as a revenue manager in New Jersey with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry point is a revenue analyst or pricing coordinator role, which large New Jersey hotel groups, health systems like RWJBarnabas Health, and pharmaceutical companies regularly post as structured entry-level positions. Moving laterally from a financial analyst, sales operations, or data analyst role is also a common path. Earning a certification from the Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International strengthens applications when direct revenue management experience is limited.
Where can I find and apply to revenue manager jobs in New Jersey?
You can find and apply to revenue manager jobs in New Jersey on Migrate Mate, which lists current openings across the state. Search by city, industry, or seniority level to narrow results to roles that match your background. Find roles that fit and apply directly.
