Duties
- Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies in accordance with OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) standards and environmental regulatory compliance requirements.

- Manage worker’s compensation claims process, ensuring timely reporting, investigation, and resolution of incidents while maintaining compliance with workers' compensation law.
- Lead training sessions on workplace safety, hazard recognition, first aid procedures, CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), and emergency response protocols.
- Perform root cause analysis on incidents to prevent recurrence by recommending corrective actions aligned with environmental health standards.
- Maintain accurate report writing documentation for safety incidents, inspections, audits, and compliance reports.
- Collaborate with environmental management systems teams to ensure ongoing adherence to environmental health standards and regulatory/legal compliance standards in production environments.
Experience
- Proven experience in manufacturing or industrial settings with a focus on workplace safety management.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, hazardous materials regulations, environmental management systems, and environmental regulatory compliance.
- Familiarity with workers' compensation law and the processes involved in claims management.
- Background in occupational health, environmental health, or related fields with demonstrated expertise in regulatory compliance standards in production environments.
