Warehouse Operations Lead
As a Warehouse Operations Lead with Whitehaus Collection, you will play an important role in the day-to-day operation and continued improvement of our warehouse and e-commerce fulfillment operations. This is an important role for someone who will bring structure, organization, and urgency, to our warehouse while helping us develop better systems and processes as the company continues to grow.
A Little About Your Day
· Receive incoming products from manufacturers and inspect products for quality issues
· Maintain an organized, clean, efficient, and easy-to-navigate warehouse
· Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and recurring issues and take the initiative to find and implement solutions
· Develop and improve warehouse processes, procedures, and systems as the company continues to grow
· Maintain accurate inventory and identify, investigate, and resolve inventory discrepancies
· Ensure customer orders are picked accurately and shipped on time
· Ensure products are packaged carefully and professionally to protect them during transit and minimize shipping damage and returns
· Operate and oversee the proper use of foam-packaging equipment and systems
· Process shipments using UPS, FedEx, and other shipping systems
· Monitor shipping accuracy, timing, weights, costs and identify opportunities for improvement
· Work closely with Customer Service, IT, Marketing, and other departments to resolve issues and improve the overall order fulfillment process
· Help establish clear expectations and consistent processes within the warehouse
· Lead by example and step in wherever needed to keep operations moving
· Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and professional warehouse environment

What You'll Need for Success
- 5+ years of warehouse, fulfillment, receiving, shipping, or inventory experience
- Previous leadership or warehouse lead experience strongly preferred
- Experience receiving, inspecting, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping products
- Experience with UPS, FedEx, or other shipping and fulfillment systems
- Experience with foam packaging equipment or foam packaging systems strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
- Comfortable using computers and learning new technology and systems
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
- High school diploma or equivalent
Physical Demands
- Ability to stand and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds as needed
- Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, lifting, and carrying
- Ability to safely operate warehouse and packaging equipment
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment
