Compensation Range: $58/Hour - $70/hour

About the Role: We are seeking a Site Safety Manager.

Project: Building new Amazon warehouse facilities, it's ground-up/new construction

Duration – starts in July - long term

Role & Responsibilities:

• Monitor job sites to ensure full compliance with OSHA, NYS, and local safety standards.
• Prepare accident and incident reports, maintaining thorough and accurate safety documentation.
• This role involves preparing safety documentation, reviewing safety plans, managing certifications, and maintaining emergency equipment.
• Track and manage employee safety certifications, including OSHA training records.
• Review and approve site-specific safety plans for new or ongoing projects.
• Provide safety-related consultation to site supervisors and project managers as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in EHS plus 3 years of full-time construction safety management experience.
• Current OSHA 500 certification.
• 6 years of full-time construction safety management experience.
