Compensation
- Uncapped commission structure
- $125,000–$250,000+ annual earning potential
- Additional upside through team leadership, referrals, and self-generated business
What You’ll Do
- Run roof inspections and consultations with homeowners
- Manage insurance restoration projects from first inspection through final payment
- Meet adjusters on-site, document damage thoroughly, and build strong, well-supported claims
- Work alongside public adjusters and guide homeowners through the appraisal process when a claim calls for it
- Close company-provided and self-generated leads at a high rate
- Mentor, train, and lead a small team of sales reps as needed
- Keep customer communication and project status current in our CRM
- Partner with our production team to deliver an exceptional customer experience
Who We’re Looking For
This is a senior role for an experienced roofing professional, not an entry-level position. You’re a self-starter who doesn’t need to be managed, and you hold yourself to a high close rate.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of residential roofing sales and/or project management experience
- Extensive experience with insurance claims, including meeting adjusters, documentation, and supplements
- Hands-on experience with claims involving public adjusters and the appraisal process
- Proven track record of closing leads at a high rate
- Leadership experience, with the ability to train, motivate, and lead a small team
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage a full pipeline independently
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
- Professional appearance
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
