Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective relationship management. This position requires a deep understanding of the sales process, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to develop strategic plans that align with our business objectives.

Key Duties

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
• Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage customer relationships and track sales activities.
• Identify new business development opportunities through market research and networking.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that support sales efforts.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

• Excellent sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Exceptional negotiation abilities that lead to successful deal closures.
• Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.

• Mandarin (preferred)

Pay: From $1,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
