Job Summary

As the Operations & Office Manager – Sales, Marketing & Business Development, you’ll keep daily office operations organized and help our team stay focused on serving clients and growing business. You’ll coordinate schedules, support financial and administrative processes, manage vendors, and provide responsive front-desk and customer service. Your impact: Accurate records and well-coordinated schedules help colleagues work efficiently and give clients timely, professional support.

Responsibilities

• Manage calendars, meetings, events, front-desk coverage, phone etiquette, filing, and general clerical workflows.
• Coordinate vendor relationships, office needs, and administrative support for sales, marketing, and business development.
• Support bookkeeping, accounting, budgeting, payroll, and financial software processes, including QuickBooks, while handling confidential information carefully.
• Maintain spreadsheets and records using Google Sheets, Google Drive, ADP and other software.
• Supervise and support team members, including coordination of training and development.

Experience

• Office management, office experience, and administrative or clerical experience, with strong organizational, communication, and technical proficiency.
• Accounting and finance experience, including bookkeeping, budgeting, payroll, or familiarity with QuickBooks and other financial or accounting software.
• Schedule and calendar management, and vendor management experience.
• Supervising, team management, or training and development experience is preferred.
• Customer service and client communication skills, sound judgment with confidential information, and professional phone etiquette.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
