- Qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings for senior sales consultants.
- Learn and confidently present our digital marketing services, including website development, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, AI solutions, and marketing automation.
- Use CRM software to manage leads, track activities, and maintain accurate records.
- Utilize AI tools and automation platforms to improve outreach and lead generation.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, lead generation initiatives, and promotional materials.
- Meet daily and weekly outreach goals while continuously improving your sales skills.
- Participate in sales training, coaching sessions, and team meetings.
Qualifications
- At least a year of experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or another client-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with business owners.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software and AI tools.
- Experience with CRM platforms (GoHighLevel) is a plus but not required.
