This job is responsible for leading product experts supporting Global Transaction Services in client engagements, account management, closing complex and high dollar deals, and/or emerging solution opportunities with strategic clients. Responsibilities:
- The Senior Treasury Sales Officer (TSO III) for the Global FIG Insurance & Specialty Finance Team will be responsible for managing a large portfolio of critical Non Bank Financial Institution Clients.
- Leads all aspects of the treasury management relationship for a complex portfolio of existing and prospective global clients within the Insurance, Mortgage and broader Non Bank Financial Institution segments. The role partners closely with Corporate Bankers and cross functional stakeholders across Product, Compliance, Credit, Risk and Service to deliver differentiated, scalable global solutions aligned to client objectives and risk standards.
- Drives responsible growth by originating new client relationships and expanding existing portfolios through the identification and cross selling of global payment and treasury solutions within an established risk framework.
- Owns revenue, balance, and profitability outcomes for a dedicated client portfolio, with accountability for client planning, portfolio strategy, pricing discipline, and end to end proposal development and execution.
- Maintains deep client focus supported by strong industry and subsector expertise, along with a broad understanding of bank structures and global treasury operating models.
- Leads, coaches, and develops Treasury Sales Analysts, providing day to day guidance, prioritization, and mentorship to ensure high quality client deliverables and talent development.
- Serves as a digital ambassador, championing mobile, digital, and real time payments adoption to enhance client efficiency and competitiveness.
- Leads strategic, consultative dialogues with senior client stakeholders on complex, client centric issues, leveraging best practices, peer benchmarking, and industry data and analytics.
- Leads end to end transformation of client onboarding experience for Private Capital clients by partnering across Sales, Product, Operations, Technology, and Compliance to streamline processes, enhance digitization, and improve speed, transparency and client satisfaction.
- Serves as the Senior Cross Functional Lead driving onboarding strategy and execution.
- Sustains a high touch client engagement model through regular on site and virtual meetings, participation in industry conferences, roundtables, and targeted client events.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in banking, treasury and/or financial services
- Ability to Travel between up to 50% of time including long day and some overnight travel.
- Demonstrated track record of direct, comprehensive treasury management sales experience, including ownership of complex client relationships across Private Capital and Asset Management Clients.
- Proven ability to identify, analyze, and clearly articulate payment flows and associated risks across complex and higher risk client segments.
- Strong relationship building capability, with a history of fostering trusted partnerships internally and establishing credible, authentic rapport with senior client stakeholders.
- Ability to effectively manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment while delivering a consistently high level of client satisfaction.
- Sound judgment in balancing client objectives, team priorities, and the bank’s risk and control framework.
- Ability to operate effectively as a senior individual contributor while also serving as a highly collaborative member of a close knit, performance driven team.
- Broad and deep knowledge of global treasury management products, services, and industry trends, with the ability to apply insights in client specific contexts.
- Strong executive presence, both internally and externally, with demonstrated capability to lead C suite level discussions and influence decision makers.
