About the Role

We're hiring Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to help grow our client pipeline and connect business owners with financing opportunities.

This position offers a competitive hourly base rate plus commission, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals who want consistent compensation while developing their sales skills and increasing their earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective business clients.
• Identify business financing needs and qualify potential customers.
• Generate leads and schedule opportunities for Funding Advisors.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
• Follow up consistently with leads to maximize conversion opportunities.
• Track calls, activities, and pipeline progress using CRM tools.
• Meet individual activity and lead-generation goals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support business growth.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, business development, telemarketing, or customer acquisition preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude.
• Goal-oriented, coachable, and motivated to exceed expectations.
• Experience in merchant cash advances (MCA), business financing, or financial services is a plus.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Brooklyn, NY.

Compensation & Career Development

• $19–$22 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
• 10% commission, with uncapped earning potential.
