We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Bilingual Outside Sales Representative to expand our business throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities in the local U.S. market.
- Build and maintain relationships with builders, general contractors, developers, architects, and homeowners.
- Independently manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, client meetings, product presentations, quotations, negotiations, and closing sales.
- Conduct customer visits, project site meetings, and showroom presentations.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve individual sales goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams and overseas suppliers to ensure accurate communication of customer requirements and project details.
- Provide professional customer service and maintain long-term business relationships.
Qualifications
- Professional fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is required, including advanced verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Demonstrated ability to independently generate leads, develop new business, and close sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Previous experience in outside sales, business development, or B2B sales preferred.
- Experience in windows, doors, construction, building materials, or related industries is highly preferred.
- Ability to understand technical product information and communicate it effectively to customers.
- Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to travel locally for customer meetings and project visits.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
