Warby Parker was founded with a mission: to inspire and impact the world with vision, purpose, and style.
We're constantly asking ourselves how we can do more and make a greater impact, and that starts by reimagining everything that a company and industry can be. We want to demonstrate that a business can scale while doing good in the world, without charging a premium for it. And we’ve learned that it takes creativity, empathy, and innovation to achieve that goal.
Since the day we launched in 2010, we’ve pioneered ideas, designed products, and developed technologies that help people see. We offer everything you need for happier eyes at a price that leaves you with money in your pocket, from designer-quality glasses and contacts to eye exams and vision tests, and you can meet us online, at our stores, or even in your home. Wherever and whenever you need it, we’re there to make exceptional vision care simple and accessible. (Delightful, too.)
Ultimately, we believe in vision for all, which is why for every pair of glasses or sunglasses we sell, a pair of glasses is distributed to someone in need through our Buy a Pair, Give a Pair program.

Sales Supervisor Jobs in Maryland: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a sales supervisor in Maryland?
Most sales supervisor roles in Maryland require a combination of frontline sales experience and a demonstrated ability to lead a team, rather than a state-issued license. Employers typically look for candidates who have progressed through individual contributor roles and earned a bachelor's degree in business or a related field. In regulated sectors like financial services, a FINRA Series 9 or 10 license is often required, administered through FINRA with no Maryland-specific board separate from federal registration.
Which companies hire sales supervisors in Maryland?
Maryland sales supervisor roles are posted by Staples, Warby Parker, and Weaver and others right now, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Maryland's mix of defense contractors, regional financial institutions, and large retail chains creates steady demand for experienced sales supervisors across a variety of industries.
Which Maryland cities have the most sales supervisor jobs?
Columbia, Towson, and Bethesda have the most sales supervisor openings in Maryland. Baltimore leads because of its dense concentration of retail corridors, financial services firms, and healthcare-adjacent vendors, while the D.C.-adjacent suburbs of Bethesda and Silver Spring attract corporate sales roles tied to the federal contracting and professional services industries that dominate Montgomery County.
Are there remote sales supervisor jobs in Maryland?
Yes, but they're less common than in purely analytical roles because sales supervision typically involves in-person coaching and territory management. About 0% of sales supervisor openings tied to Maryland are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, skewing toward inside sales teams and SaaS-focused companies where the entire team operates digitally. Field sales and retail management roles in Maryland remain largely on-site.
How can I get hired as a sales supervisor in Maryland with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is moving into a team lead or senior sales associate role first, then building toward a supervisor title. Large Maryland retailers and financial firms like Giant Food and T. Rowe Price run structured development programs that fast-track high-performing sales associates into supervisory roles. Earning a FINRA Series license proactively signals readiness for regulated sales environments, and candidates from adjacent roles in account management or customer success are frequently considered for first-time supervisor openings.
Where can I find and apply to sales supervisor jobs in Maryland?
You can find and apply to sales supervisor jobs in Maryland on Migrate Mate, which lists current Maryland openings updated regularly. Search the listings, find the roles that match your experience and target industry, and apply directly to the ones that fit.
