Summary
Provides community outreach coordination and works as part of a team with other administrative staff to support activities for the region President and Relationship Managers.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Cultivate and manage nonprofit partnerships. Document & process corporate sponsorships and charitable community investments.
Develops and deepens relationships within the market through community organizations, non-profits, and governmental agencies
Establish and maintain effective relationships with community and nonprofit partners
Establishes and maintains effective relationships with line of business partners in an effort to gain buy in and support of community development initiatives.
Provides exceptional customer service for incoming telephone calls and clients coming into the bank
Schedule and organize meetings, travel, conferences and department activities for all members of the region.
Perform duties such as maintaining Salesforce data, financial record keeping, coordination of meetings and conferences, ordering supplies, and working on special projects.
Act as project manager for special projects, which may include: organizing client events, planning and coordinating multiple presentations, disseminating information and coordinating direct mailings
Answer non-routine correspondence and assembles highly confidential and sensitive information.
Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize diversified workload, recommend change in office practices or procedures.
Sort and distribute mail, draft written response or replies by phone or e-mail when necessary.
Acts as a liaison with other departments and outside agencies, including IT, Facilities and HR.
Handle confidential and non-routine information and explains policies when necessary.
Work independently and within a team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects, including organizing and manning outreach events.
Performs other duties as required.

Education and/or Experience
Three - five years of related experience Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or three to five years related experience and/or training.
