Compensation & Benefits

- 100% Commission Compensation Plan with uncapped earning potential
- Average Annual Earnings: $80,000-$200,000+
- Up to 13 weeks of performance-based training pay ($1,000 per week or commissions earned, whichever is greater)
- Weekly commission payments plus monthly and quarterly bonuses
- Monthly mileage reimbursement
