We are seeking an experienced Network Systems Engineer to join our team in Annapolis Junction, MD. In this role, you will lead the hands-on configuration, sustainment, and optimization of enterprise network infrastructure across high-demand operational environments.

The annual base salary range for this role is $188,000-$214,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Network Hardware & OS: Demonstrated hands-on experience in configuring, deploying, and maintaining Cisco and Arista networking equipment (IOS/IOS-XE, NX-OS, EOS).
Compliance & Accreditation: Proven experience supporting STE/STN standards and SSP security compliance across enterprise network devices.
Specialized Tooling: Applied familiarity with Latte'Art frameworks for network device provisioning, configuration management, and compliance enforcement.
Operational Agility: Willingness and capability to travel as required and participate in an on-call rotation for mission-critical operational networks.
Network Security: Strong understanding of network hardening, access control lists (ACLs), VLAN management, and secure management protocols.
